These terms apply to your use of the BetterOF browser extension and the website betterof.app. By installing or using BetterOF you agree to them. BetterOF is operated by [YOUR FULL NAME OR BUSINESS NAME], [YOUR ADDRESS].

What BetterOF is

BetterOF is an independent browser extension that adds tools to the OnlyFans website, such as message templates, autocomplete, lists features and status displays. It is not made, endorsed, sponsored or supported by OnlyFans, and we have no connection to OnlyFans.

Your responsibility

• You must be an adult and able to enter into this agreement.
• You are responsible for how you use BetterOF and for following the rules and terms of OnlyFans and any other service you use it with. OnlyFans may restrict, review or close accounts, and BetterOF cannot prevent that.
• Some features can act on your account, for example following people or adding fans to lists. They are limited or off until you switch them on, and what they do is your choice and your responsibility.
• You are responsible for the content you create and send, and for keeping your own backups.

Free trial and subscription

• New users can start a free trial of 3 days by entering an email address. No payment details are needed for the trial.
• After the trial, continued use of BetterOF requires a paid monthly subscription. The price is shown on the payment page before you pay.
• Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled. You can cancel at any time in the extension's settings under Subscription → Manage subscription. Cancelling stops future payments; access continues until the end of the period you already paid for.
• Payments are processed by Stripe through ExtensionPay. Their terms also apply to the payment.
• Refunds are covered by our refund policy.

Licence

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use BetterOF in your own browser for your own work. You may not resell, share or sublicense your subscription, or copy, redistribute or sell the extension.

Availability and changes

OnlyFans can change its website at any time, which may temporarily or permanently break a feature. BetterOF is provided as it is, and we may change, add or remove features, change prices for future billing periods (with notice before your next payment) or stop offering the service.

No guarantees

We work to make BetterOF reliable and careful with your account, but we do not guarantee that it will be error-free, uninterrupted or compatible with every version of OnlyFans, and we cannot guarantee that your OnlyFans account will not be limited, reviewed or closed.

Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost income, lost data or loss of access to an account arising from the use of BetterOF, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for BetterOF in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and your legal rights as a consumer are not affected.

Ending use

You can stop using BetterOF at any time by cancelling and removing the extension. We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken or if the service is misused.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of [COUNTRY WHOSE LAW APPLIES], without affecting any mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live.
