Privacy policy

This policy explains what data BetterOF (the website betterof.app and the BetterOF browser extension) handles, and why. The short version: your chats, fans, templates, scripts and settings stay in your browser. The only data that leaves it is what is needed for your trial or subscription.

Who is responsible

What stays in your browser

The extension stores the following only in your own browser, on your computer. We do not receive it and cannot see it:

• your message templates, template thumbnails (links), message scripts, autocomplete entries and notes about fans;
• your settings, such as list symbols, chosen lists and feature switches;
• a request log that counts how many requests the extension itself makes, and a log of progress for features such as Follow Expired.

While you use OnlyFans, the extension reads information shown on the page (for example fan names, lists and subscription status) to display its features. This information is used on your screen only and is not sent to us or anyone else.

If you are signed in to Chrome, the extension copies your autocomplete entries into Chrome's own sync storage so they survive reinstalling. That storage is provided and operated by Google under Google's terms.

What goes to ExtensionPay and Stripe

Trials and subscriptions are handled by ExtensionPay, which uses Stripe for payments. To make this work:

• the extension creates a random key that identifies your installation and sends it to ExtensionPay to ask whether your trial or subscription is active;
• when you start a trial or subscribe, you give your email address to ExtensionPay;
• when you pay, your payment details are entered on Stripe's payment page. We never see or store your card number. We can see that a payment was made, its status and your email address in our ExtensionPay and Stripe accounts.

We use this data only to provide and manage your trial and subscription, to handle billing, refunds and support, and to meet legal and tax obligations. ExtensionPay and Stripe act under their own privacy policies.

This website

This website is a set of static pages. It does not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers, and it loads no third-party fonts or scripts. Our web host keeps standard server logs (such as IP address, time and the page requested) for security and operation.

Support emails

If you write to us, we keep the email and our reply for as long as needed to help you and to keep a record of billing questions.

How long data is kept

Data in your browser stays until you delete it or remove the extension. Subscription and payment records are kept as long as your account is active and afterwards for as long as tax and accounting rules require.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom), you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to object to or restrict its use, and to complain to your data protection authority. To use these rights, email support@betterof.app from the address you used for your trial or subscription.

Age

BetterOF is for adults. It is not intended for anyone under 18.

Changes

If we change this policy, the new version will be published on this page with a new date.
